Things may not go as planned and often that is a good thing!
Every four months, and roughly three to four times every year, Mercury is in retrograde for approximately twenty-two days.
Mercury is connected to our minds and currently residing in Cancer.
Therefore our mental energy is already characterized by great subjectivity. With Mercury moving retrograde in cancer, this is now getting more intense.
During this time, we should be particularly careful about signing contracts, writing texts and about our communication in general.
Often with Mercury being in retrograde travel can be rather chaotic, we send emails to the wrong recepiant, our laptop breaks down (and of course we didnt do a backup first) or items mysteriously go missing.
All this because Mercury's retrograde does not provide us with all the information we need, which often leads to misunderstandings and mistakes.
But don't worry, we just need to double-check our communication and schedules now. And besides, it doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing if things dont go as planned. Try even more to go with the flow and to let go of strict plans.

A planet moving retrograde always means to go more inward, to intensively review and to gain some deeper insights.
So now is a good time to recognize and correct any mistakes that have been made and to achieve greater objectivity of things. Also it is a good time to re-connect with some old friends and to learn new (old) things.
It is important that we try to slow down our daily hustle and bustle, otherwise mistakes are more likely to happen.
